32-godišnja Ešli Grejem se skoro porodila i zbog održavanja linije i zategnutosti vrlo brzo se vratila vežbanju.

Našla je vremena da se ponovo posveti svom telu, jer ovaj trening traje samo 30 minuta, pa ne oduzima puno vremena.

Odabrala je trening na otvorenom i sve to je podelila sa svojim pretiocima na društvenim mrežama, gde je prati preko 11 miliona ljudi.

Ona je pratila trening i uputstva Kire Stouk, poznate fitnes instruktorke i kreatorke specijalne metode vežbanja, koja trenira mnoge slavne ličnosti.

PLEASE READ??Today is Global Running Day?Keep moving forward. ⭐️I often talk about how running is my moving meditation. – an activity that requires no external motivation, or technology to guide, only internal inspiration. We all hold the power to move, one foot in front of the other. The ability to #runfree should, as I’ve said before, be afforded to ALL. ⭐️What I’m suggesting below is simply that….a suggestion. I’m offering a way to continue to do the work internally and externally while participating in the movement of the day ?lace up, but NOT to run completely free. If you don’t usually wear a device (like me) gear up and at some point during your run set it to 8:46…and run that entire 8 minutes and 46 seconds without stopping. If that seems easy for you, push your pace. If it feels like an eternity…feel It. Allow yourself (safely) to get to the point where catching your breath is a challenge. And let that sink in #justiceforgeorgefloyd ?end your run with a moment of gratitude for your ability to move and challenge your body freely. Offer a dedicated moment of silence to the memory of Ahmaud Arbery #runwithmaud ?I will continue to do the work – listening hard, learning more, giving, inspiring movement…to action.
