Zemljotres jačine od 5,7 stepeni Rihterove skale pogodio je danas okrug Jilan na severoistoku kineskog ostrva Tajvan, saopštila je lokalna meteorološka služba.
Epicentar zemljotresa bio je na dubini od devet kilometara, a za sada nema izveštaja o šteti.
BREAKING: #Taiwan just experienced an estimated M 5.7 #earthquake. Intensity 4 out of 7 was recorded in #Taipei.
Epicenter is said to be north of #Hualien County, where the last strong April 2024 earthquake occurred.

Potres se osetio i u glavnom gradu Tajpeju, gde su se tresle zgrade, prenosi Rojters.
Tajvan se nalazi blizu spoja dve tektonske ploče i spada u trusna područja.
