Being healthy starts with your MIND. I tell people all the time that is so much more mental than physical and even now, looking at these two pictures, I’m not sure which one feels more like me. Novo testiranje sprovedeno od strane Društva za Endokrinologiju, došlo je do zaključka da ograničavanje hrane kod miševa dovodi do povećanog lučenja hormona grelina.

Poznat i pod nazivom hormon sitosti, takođe povećava i motivaciju za vežbanje.
