U prestižnom društvu: Fotografija srpske studentkinje ušla u izbor 20 najboljih na svetu

Fotografija studentkinje master studija FMK, Jasne Vukos Mijušković našla se među 20 najboljih radova koji oslikavaju trenutna vremena prema izboru urednika Life Framera.

Life Framer je globalno fotografsko takmičenje i renomirana platforma za otkrivanje i izlaganje savremene fotografije. Među selektorima su imena kao što su Martin Par, Brus Gilden i Filip-Lorka DiKorsia. Fotografi koji pobede dobijaju komentar na njihov rad, onlajn izlaganje i novčane nagrade od 2.000 dolara, a na kraju pobedničke fotografije su izložene u galerijskim prostorima u Njujorku, Milanu i Tokiju, kao i na Arles Photo Festivalu.

Hotels are particularly interesting for me as they almost materialize this feeling of a "non-place" of "being nowhere". They are places of transition, in which we are almost levitating, or taking a break, before we actually find our "place" somewhere. Hotels are places where our identity, as we know it, can vanish, and where we can, at least for a moment, forget who we are and where we come from, where we can feel free from our roots. Being a nomad myself and having changed my home, country, language, even continent multiple times, I feel that a hotel is a place where all these identities that I feel within can co-exist.
