Pet tibetanaca je naziv za fizičke vežbe koje mogu da vam pomognu da obnovite svoju energiju i zdravlje.

Radi se, zapravo, o 5 poza od kojih su sve osim prve zastupljene u jogi, a koje su još pre 2500 godina redovno radili tibetanski monasi ne bi li očuvali svoje zdravlje, vitalnost i dugovečnost.

Tibetanske vežbe nisu preterano zamorne, i ne treba vam mnogo vremena da ih uradite, a donose mnoge dobrobiti vašem telu i zdravlju.

U našem telu ima 7 glavnih čakri i tibetanske vežbe su zapravo jednostavan način da ih pokrenemo. Onda kada nam svi centri energije funkcionišu dobro, osećamo se zdravo i poletno. Onda kada su čakre blokirane, osećamo se loše i bolesno.

Pravilo je da se prve nedelje po pet vežbi radi svakog dana – po tri ponavljanja, sledeće nedelje po pet, zatim po sedam i sve tako do 21. Dok radite vežbe monaha sa Tibeta sve vreme vodite računa o disanju – duboko udahnite i izdahnite prilikom izvođenja svake vežbe.

Stanite uspravno, noge su u visini kukova, ruke raširite širom vodoravno. Napravite pun krug tako što ćete se okrenuti sleva nadesno, lagano.

What are the 5 Tibetan Rites? The 5 Tibetan Rites, also known as the "Fountain of Youth," are a series of five (sometimes six) exercises meant to be repeated 21 times. They are thought to increase mobility and flexibility and help the body stay nimble as we age. Increased energy and feelings of calmness, mental clarity, greater spinal flexibility, better sleep, weight loss, healthier digestion, and improved libido have also been associated with the practice. In addition to these benefits, research has also emerged suggesting that the flexibility of our spine predicts the flexibility of our arteries. Therefore, a yoga practice centered on spine flexibility, like the Tibetans, may help keep our arteries in a youthful state. First Rite Spin clockwise, with arms outstretched in a T and palms facing up or down, with your feet hips-distance apart. Place your head down slightly as you spin so you don't get dizzy. Repeat for 21 rotations, or as many as you can if you're a beginner, like myself ? Let me know how it goes. Druga vežba

Lezite na pod, ruke ispružite uz telo, dlanove okrenite prema plafonu i stisnite prste, bradu podignite od poda i spustite je na grudi, a noge podignite uvis, da budu pod uglom od 90 stepeni u odnosu na pod. Polako spustite glavu, pa noge.

Treća vežba

Kleknite na pod i ispravite se. Nagnite glavu i vrat napred i prislonite bradu na grudi. Zabacite glavu i vrat nazad, istegnite se da vam kičma bude savijena u luk. Dok se savijate, rukama se podupirite o butine ili zadnjicu. Vratite se u prvobitni položaj.

Četvrta vežba

Sedite na pod, ispružite noge, razmaknite stopala na oko 30 cm, ruke stavite pored zadnjice tako da dlanovi budu na podu, izbacite bradu i naslonite je na grudi, zabacite glavu unazad koliko god možete. U isto vreme podignite noge tako da kolena budu savijena, a ruke ispružene. Stegnite sve mišiće, pa ih opustite i vratite se u prvobitni položaj.

Peta vežba

Okrenite telo prema podu, oslonite se na ruke dlanovima, zabacite glavu koliko god možete, do ivice bola, pa se savijte u boku u obliku latiničkog slova “V”, ali naopačke. Brada neka vam bude naslonjena na grudi. Vratite se u početnu poziciju.
