Učiteljica iz Australije, koja danas ima bolje telo sa 43 godine nego u svojim 20-im, podelila je pet životnih promena, koje je primenila i na osnovu kojih je došla do zapanjujućih rezultata.

Belinda Norton, majka dvoje dece, dovela je svoje telo do savršenstva samo godinu dana nakon što joj je bivši suprug rekao da nikada neće izgledati kao žene na koje se ugleda.

Ona danas na društvenim mrežama ohrabruje druge da preuzmu kontrolu nad svojim režimom ishrane i vežbanjem, ističući da je samo potrebno promeniti način razmišljanja.

Belinda je objavila fotografiju kako bi pokazala kako je izgledala sa 27 godina, u odnosu na današnje 43 i kako bi  ukazala  na svoju veliku transformaciju.

“Najvažnija promena je to što sam postala samouverena, kako telesno, tako i menatlno. Svakog dana ustajem srećna i  puna energije”, napisala je Belinda na svojoj veb stranici.

Kada je u pitanju ono što je promenila, Belinda je rekla da je jedino što je uradila to da je počela da jede kvalitetnu hranu bez konzervansa i da svako jutro brzo hoda ili trči bar 30 minuta.

Ova nastavnica je rekla da je počela da se pridržava rutine od četiri treninga nedeljno, kao i toga da usmerava tok svojih misli samo na pozitivne strane i da ne pušta negativne misli da je zaokupiraju.

“Jedina razlika u odnosu na moj raniji život  je moje zdravlje i sreća. Da, imam plavlju kosu,  snažna sam i da, smršala sam i preoblikovala svoje telo. Ali ključna činjenica je: nikada nisam bila zdravija iznutra. Zašto? Jer sam odabrala da se zdravije hranim i radim na svojoj fizičkoj aktivnosti. To nije magija, nije fotošop, već samo ja.”

Govoreći ranije za Femail portal, Belinda je rekla da je nije mogla da prepozna svoje telo nakon što je nabacila 20 kilograma tokom dve trudnoće, a pre nego što je preispitala sopstveni režim ishrane i vežbi.

The fact is this is not a transformation photo of physical characteristics even though I know it will be judged as BEFORE and AFTER . (Cue – hate mail; cue fat is fabulous …body shaming of all types etc) but thank you to those who comment who seek to understand and can be open to all differences. Ahh Maturity ?? This is a photo of confidence characteristics & of internal health; posture; and mental wellness because I cannot cut myself open so you can see the truth. If I could – I would. ↪️I would share the absolute fear I had of success, the shame I held for giving up; I would share my mum guilt and hurt, I would share my traditional upbringing that we 70’s women had to quickly adapt to in a new world of thinking. I would share my personal uncertainty of how I could fit in a life around two kids and working full time as I had to work. I would share my fear of my husband cheating again, I would share my internal fight. I would endure the embarrassment of everyone knowing of the deceit. But could it be seen? No – because we hide that good stuff deep inside. We don’t want to share that. ▪️So here goes .. 29 years old vs 43 years old What changed? a lot! A lot in the society, a lot in relationships, a lot in media and a lot in me. Priznaje da je kriva što je tražila izgovore za vežbanje i ishranu, kada je prvi put postala majka, a takođe je naglasila da ju je komentar njenog bivšeg supruga naterao da vrati svoje telo u normalu. Kada joj je pokazao sliku nepoznate žene lepog i izvajanog tela, ona mu je rekla da bi volela da tako izgleda, a on joj je poručio da šta god uradi, nikada ne bi mogla tako da izgleda.

To je bila rečenica koja me je razbesnela. Sumnja u moj uspeh me je uvek motivisala“, rekla je Belinda.

I tako je ova nastavnica fizičkog vaspitanja odlučila da svoja znanja o sportu i ishrani primeni i na sopstvenom primeru.

“Prilično su jasni bili koraci koje sam primenila – Korak 1: Odredila sam režim ishrane. Korak 2: Popravila sam kondiciju. Korak 3: Bila sam dosledna i fokusirana na cilj. I korak 4: Nagrađivala sam sebe – prvenstveno masažom, ne čokoladom”, kaže Belinda.

Rekla je da je u početku bilo teško ostati dosledan, ali postepeno je njeno telo počelo da menja oblik.

Bringing it back to 2015 feels… except it’s 2020 covid style. This spot 5 years earlier (see IGSTORY) a lot has changed since that day. “U roku od 20 nedelja zdrave ishrane i vežbanja tri ili četiri puta nedeljno, ljudi su počeli da primećuju razliku u mojoj energiji, raspoloženju i sjajnijoj koži, a zatim su usledile i promene oblika mog tela”, rekla je ona.

Polako je prešla sa 80 kilograma na trenutnu težinu od 62 kilograma, a kaže da je hrana ključna za dobru formu u vašim 30-im i 40-im godinama.

“Usredsredite se na to koliko često jedete i koliko jedete, a zatim pojednostavite proces ishrane i pripreme. Prerađeno meso nikada ne bih preporučila, jer je otrov za organizam “, rekla je ona.

Belinda je danas fokusirana na to da svoje telo održava zdravim i vitkim unošenjem velikog broja proteina i zelenog lisnatog povrća.

“U potpunosti živim na ovasu, borovnicama, bademovom mleku, kafi, bananama, piletini, lososu, salati, brokoliju, jajima, spanaću, cvekli, slatkom krompiru, bundevi, kvinoji i kikirikiju”, zaključila je Belinda.
